Excellent Solar Panel Installation Service – Highly Recommended! I had a fantastic experience with 1STCALL Renewable from start to finish. The service was outstanding, beginning with the initial survey carried out by Rony, who was professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful in explaining everything clearly. The whole team were friendly, organised, and made the process smooth and stress-free. A special thank you to Corey, who completed the installation work. They were absolutely brilliant — punctual, hardworking, and extremely professional. The installation was done to a very high standard, with great attention to detail, and they kept everything tidy throughout the job. The entire team showed excellent communication, and I was kept informed at every stage. I’m very happy with the final result and the quality of the work. The team arrived arranged for scaffolding to be installed a couple of days early, and they were friendly and efficient, manhandling the hardware over our rear gate which had decided to jam. Once the day came for the install, the lead (battery install/electrical) engineer arrived around 8 am and again was friendly and helpful (not being invasive or noisy too early!) and the rest of the team (the panel installers) arrived a bit later. I can’t say they were silent, but they did make minimal noise and again just got on with the job. In the afternoon then panels were installed and they were off to the next job. The battery engineer stayed on-site until he was completed, had tested the system, linked it all up and had shown me the app for my phone. Really good guy who was not afraid of using the vacuum to clean up after himself either. No waste was left onsite and I’m a very happy person now
Very helpful and professional service from alexandru and the team. When visited our home, Rony explained the process in details and helped us choose the right system for our home, he then stayed in touch and followed up with the rest of the process. The installation went smoothly and the installers did a very neat job. The management team also was very helpful, they helped us obtain all the required documents and certificates.
